Personal Assistant

RPO's client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and assisting with various tasks to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement.
Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
Support with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  Requirements Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience is preferred.
