Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant to help him manage his busy schedule and to perform office management duties.The duties include: Manage the founder's diary, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the founder Book meeting rooms, organize events, and coordinate with external stakeholders Maintain office supplies, monitor office expenses, and handle basic HR tasks Manage IT and Social Media Operations, in consultation with various service providers as instructed by the Founder Essential Qualifications: Minimum of a post Matric Qualification Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role essential Experience handling confidential information with discretion Ability to multitask and work under pressure Salary & Benefits: Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.Budget up to R18K per month CTC.Currency: Rand (R - South Africa) Maximum Experience: 3 years City: Randburg
