Details of the offer

Your basic key responsibilities are but not limited to:Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.Calendar ManagementSetting up, confirming and managing meetingsAdministrative tasksConduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documentsHandle confidential information with discretionCoordinate project-based work when requiredAssisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.Evaluate company documentsInteract with external partners and manage professional relationships on behalf of the executiveLiaise and team with key support staff and Directors to ensure that all tasks are completed within required deadlines.Personal Arrangements such as medical appointments, client meetings, transport, travelling, exams, events.Ad hoc dutiesRequirements:Experience as an Executive Personal Assistant Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and perform autonomouslyAttention to detail and problem-solving skills is of importance.
Great written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and be proactive.Ability to cope under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.Available and flexible to work overtime as and when required after hours and Public Holidays,Willing to assist occasionally on weekends in urgent situations.Available to work a 810-hour shift for the day- to attend to any queries as requested by Directors.Own transportation will be advantageous.LLB or relevant qualification Experience in the Finance/Fintech industry Advantageous
