What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like: You'll be working within our Analytics team to gather and analyze relevant data to support business operations and drive decision-making.
You will be responsible for designing and building dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports for various business functions, which will support the day-to-day management of campaigns.
You will work with stakeholders to spot patterns and trends, highlight issues, and make recommendations for improvements based on these.
You will confidently use various tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce complex dashboards and reports, ensuring they are easy to use and understand.
You will present data-driven insights, findings, and recommendations to senior management in both one-on-one and group settings.

Requirements: Experience in a Performance Analyst or Data Analyst role Power BI and SQL Experience Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools. Proven experience in presenting to Senior Management. Experience running workshops and collaborating with business stakeholders to define reporting and dashboard requirements. Ability to work closely with key operational stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver impactful data solutions Adaptable to understanding various industry KPI measurements and targets.
