Job description: Support the Sales as well as Investment Team in providing the business with accurate performance and attribution calculations for all PSG AM funds as well as broader industry analysis.
Responsibilities:
Full involvement in the performance cycle
Responsible for monthly and quarterly performance procedure
Compiling and evaluating performance data and other industry analysis for business pitches
Maintenance of performance databases and systems
Ad hoc performance queries
Monthly Tasks:
PSG AM Masterpack (Updating performance slides, holdings and asset allocations), including Pitch Packs
Morningstar Performance Pack
Monthly performance sheets for the fund fact sheets
Rolling Returns Charts
Provisional Performance Sheet
PSG AM Process Review Dashboard
Benchmark Updates (MPS and Statpro)
Client Emails (Morningstar Performance Reports)
Correlation Analysis for John and Elana
Fixed Income Yields for the Sales Team and Investment Specialists
Write Ups – Corion and Riscura
Ad Hoc Queries
Quarterly Tasks:
Bragsheets – updating all performance information
Performance data for the quarterly commentaries
Multi-Manager Stats
ASISA Stats
Lisp Quarterly Return Templates
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum B.Com Investments or similar
2-3 years min industry experience
Advanced Excel Skills and systems knowledge
Experience working in Morningstar Direct / Bloomberg
Analytical and incredible attention to detail (most important)
High organisation skills and time management
