Further, to ensure efficient and compliant fulfilment of the Skills Development facilitator role for Smollan and to maximise skills development grants and learnership funding.

As a People Specialist: Skill Development, you will be responsible for but not limited to: Oversee full Learnership value chain - recruitment; SETA administration; training; assessment; moderation & overall governance and quality assurance SETA Liaison Financial management pertaining to Learnerships - payroll allocation; invoicing and expense management Manage SETA grant claims Stakeholder Engagement and Management| Requirements What are we looking for? To qualify for this role, you should have 3-5 years L&D experience within the SETA and Learnership landscape.
Experienced in the management of learnership and qualification related programmes||Essential.
In depth understanding of Skills Development Legislation and Regulation ODETDP or SDF qualification.
Assessor/Moderator certification will be an advantage Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong programme and project management skills Planning & prioritisation Communication skills (verbal & written) Human Resources jobs
