People & Performance and Payroll CoordinatorOur People & Performance team are focused on supporting the RealNZ group of experiences to create an environment that puts our people at the heart, embraces the individual and challenges them to strive to achieve their role and career ambitions.
As the People & Performance and Payroll Coordinator you will be part of the P&P Operations team and the primary support for the Mountains. In addition to actioning the end-to-end payroll function including updating and maintaining employee files, you will be preparing the required paperwork, and support the recruitment and onboarding processes. There are not many People and Performance roles where you can step out of the office and into your skis or on your bike at break time.
The successful candidate will be ensuring that payroll and P&P objectives are met, focusing on removing complexity, adding value and enhancing our employee culture. A love of the mountains - skiing/snowboarding and biking are hobbies you enjoy and want to share with our guests and people, enhancing the fun and magic of our two mountains in both summer and winter.
Your friendly approach, excellent communication skills and your confidence in dealing with people will see you excel in this role.
We are looking for someone with: An understanding of NZ Employment Law & Holidays ActExperience working in HR or similar roleExperience working in PayrollRelevant qualifications in HR or payrollSystems knowledge (Experience with Pay Global and Ento would be beneficial)What do you get out of this?
