Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology/Organisational Psychology2 to 4 years Human Resources experience, preferably in retail / FMCGMust have a valid SA drivers license and own vehicleExperience in working with HR information systemsMS office proficiency to intermediate level (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)Experience in representation at the CCMA to arbitration levelExtensive and working knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, NMWA, Retail Sectoral Determination, LRA, EEA, OHSA)KEY OUTPUTS1.
