The company prides itself on sourcing sustainable ingredients and creating the freshest sushi. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a People Manager at SushiBox in Cape Town. The People Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all human resources activities, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. They will also be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and development, and ensuring the well-being of the SushiBox team. Qualifications Experience in human resources management and employee relationsKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to effectively manage and motivate a teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAttention to detail and organizational skillsExperience in the hospitality industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
