Today we still invest heavily in innovation to ensure that we continue to deliver superior customer experiences.Key clients include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cathay Pacific, British Airways, LATAM, Flying Blue, Accor, EasyJet, HSBC, Chase, HDFC.Our mission is focused on doing good beyond profit, which for us means we seek out opportunities for our people to share in our success and that we give back to the communities and people within which we work.Never short of ambition, the success of our business is delivered through the diverse and talented team of over 1,800 global colleagues.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the expert and super user for all P&C systems, ensuring they are running effectively and efficiently globally.Responsible for the resolution of queries and issues relating to the use of P&C systems from end user's and wider P&C team.Work closely with the operations teams globally to streamline processes.Support P&C with reporting and data analytics, automating wherever possible.Use insights and data analysis to identify patterns, trends and business challenges to inform recommendations, influence change and for continuous business improvement.Ensure audits are undertaken on a regular basis to safeguard data integrity.Ensure systems remain GDPR compliant, highlighting any risks and co-ordinating remedial actions, when necessary.Train and assist users on effective usage of P&C systems.Configuring and implementing new functionalities/modules in P&C systems being mindful of the requirements, opportunities and limitations. Responsible for supporting a comprehensive data cleanse of the HRIS, in preparation for the implementation of a new system.Knowledge, skills and experience required• Experience of maintaining configuration within P&C systems.• Experience of assessing and streamlining system related processes and procedures• Experience using office 365 functionality such as Power Automate, SharePoint, MS forms.• Experience of managing and delivering reports, reporting dashboards or similar• MS Office intermediate level with expertise in Excel (V-lookup, pivot tables etc)• A keen interest in data, systems, and business processes• Attention to detail and analytical skills• Collaborative team player• Problem solving and inquisitive nature for root cause analysisCollinson is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes differences in all their forms including: colour, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, family status, age, individuals with disabilities and people from all backgrounds, cultures and experiences as we strongly believe this contributes to our on-going success.
