Our organisation is looking for an experienced and passionate People Consultant: Learning Operations to support learning delivery operations to ensure it functions efficiently, thereby facilitating operational excellence, service excellence and profitability. 
As a People Consultant: Learning Operation, you will be responsible for:  Co-ordination of External Training Events  Co-ordination of Internal Training Events and eLearning  Project Management  Administration, Record Keeping and Reporting  Budget Management  BBBEE Audit Support for Skills Development  Stakeholder Engagement 
Requirements
What are we looking for?  To qualify for this role, you should   Have 4-5 years' experience within the field of Learning and Development  Hold a relevant Diploma or Degree/NQF level 6  Learning value chain understanding  Financial acumen  Communication skills (verbal & written)  Ability to maintain accuracy  Attention to detail  Computer literacy - MS Office skills Functional administration skills  Reporting skills  Relationship building  Time management skills
