Establish/monitor the People processes throughout the year and coach line managers for excellent execution.
Translating business needs into clearly articulated and actionable organization and people plans.
Diagnose business performance problems and collaborate with specialist teams to create effective and integrated People solutions and improvement opportunities.
Monitor organization performance and prioritise actions that drive the various excellence programmes – PSI and TSI.
Meet local delivery needs (e.g., employee relations/industrial relations, statutory/ regulatory requirements) pulling on specialists and others as required.
Participate in the governance of People Operations to manage costs tightly, ZBB People Package understanding and management.
Ensure data integrity of Workday information.
Encourage and monitor use of tools, evaluate competency gaps and partner with L&D to develop customized solutions to address gaps.
Targeted Recruitment of specialist roles with key capabilities across the zone.
Drive Engagement initiatives to ensure a highly engaged team.
