Job title : People Business Partner Job Location : KwaZulu-Natal, Pietermaritzburg Deadline : December 28, 2024 Quick Recommended Links Jobs by Location Job by industries Key Responsibilities: People Systems:  This includes the HR system administration (Updates, maintenance etc), data stewardship, system optimisation and utilization as well as automation and related user support.
This also includes the project management of HR related system initiatives, implementing new systems, modules and enhancements.
People Reporting and Analytics:   Building, Compiling and consuming reports and analytics / dashboards to serve the entire business needs on performance management, employment equity, time and attendance and other people related metrics that need to be measured to assist leaders in the business to make decisions that meet the company's goals.  People Policies:  Ensuring that all people policies are updated and reviewed at the relevant cadence.
Adherence to this will drive what is practiced through the systems and in reporting.
Remuneration, Benefits and Incentive programmes to support employees that are linked to the performance management framework and the methodologies used therein.
Driving and maintaining the  Records  of events and commitments between the company and the employee (in relation to their role, grading, benchmarking and expected performance) informs any payroll changes, upcoming increase processes and union engagement in the business.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or People department with a focus on remuneration and benefits.
Experience with systems in particular: SAGE 300 People and Microsoft Dynamis 365 and Power BI Excellent project management skills inclusive of problem-solving skills, system analysis and design, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Assertiveness in this area and your ability to influence is a key requirement of the role.
Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations and the human development methodology used at Belgotex with the corresponding practical implementation of people processes, policies and procedures.
