A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client based in Blackpool. This role is ideally suited to an experienced HR Advisor or possibly a HR Assistant looking to make the next step in your career. This role is based in the Fleetwood office 5 days per week.Key Responsibilities:First point of contact for HR advice and guidance to managers and employeesSupport with HR Administration including contracts, letters and starter/leaver documentationManage a caseload of Employee Relations and attend meetings for disciplinary investigations, grievances, performance management, and absence management. Taking minutes and providing advice to managersKeep the HRIS system fully up to date and compliant, gathering data for MI and creating regular reports as requiredOnboarding new employees and working in conjunction with the recruitment teamWorking with the wider HR team to communicate all relevant updates/changes to employeesExperience/skills required:HR Advisor experience with the ability to deal with a range of employee relations casesIdeally qualified to CIPD Level 3 or 5 (study support is available)Strong communication and relationship management skillsPositive and can-do attitude, willingness to help others and work to resolve any issuesWhat's on offer?Basic salary up to £36,000 per annum25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an option to buy/sell additional daysStatutory pension contributionsLaptop/mobile phone providedIf you are looking for your next HR Advisor role and live in the Blackpool area, then please apply to Leanne Boddy at Macmillan Davies.
