Payroll Supervisor

We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Supervisor with over 8 years of comprehensive Sage 300 expertise in the Nor. Proven ability to manage payroll for 800+ employees in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Advanced Excel skills ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.Responsibilities:Process all monthly payroll changes, including transfers, terminations, and new hires.Link employees to positions, cost centers, and correct reporting managers.Implement medical aid changes on payroll based on action or effective dates.Liaise with Medical aids for payroll, billing, or membership queries.Collaborate with NBC/Sanlam on provident/risk cover billing issues.Collate and process payroll data, consolidating onto an import template.Oversee all aspects of payroll administration, including payments and transfers.Manage withdrawal information and processing for terminating employees.Ensure timely receipt of payroll input weekly and monthly.Obtain tax directives on SARS eFiling for employees as needed.Handle garnishees, court orders, and track monthly payroll inputs.Prepare letters for SARS regarding vehicle perk notifications as required.Work with HR and Finance on policy changes, serving as a payroll advisor.Prepare dummy payslips for onboarding, increases, restructures, and exits.Perform manual tax calculations for PAYE queries.Update job grades and hierarchical structures as needed.Conduct variance analysis on payroll paylines for accuracy before report submission.Balance and verify bank ACB files, and provide reconciliations to the business.Prepare and submit statutory reports, payroll reconciliation, and third-party payments.Manage payroll queries, authorize payments, apply for tax directives, and oversee employee benefits and claims.Desired Skills:Sage300Sage PeoplePayroll SupervisorExcel
