In this exciting role, you'll report to the Payroll Manager and play a crucial part in ensuring the payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Your keen eye for detail and exceptional interpersonal skills will shine as you collaborate with colleagues and manage payroll operations with finesse.Responsibilities:Manage monthly processing of payroll inputRelationship management and quality control of the payroll software service providerPrepare detailed monthly reconciliation of the payroll reports to the income statements and balance sheet accounts for all entitiesBe the liaison with human resources and resolution of queries pertaining to the payrollManager the co-ordination, analysis and capturing of benefitsAssist external auditors as and when required in this areaAssist with the administration of annual salary increasesOther ad hoc wider tasks as and when requiredRequirements:Post-matric qualification, with payroll and HR administration trainingA minimum of 3-5 years relevant experienceExperience of working with a large payroll of 1000+ employeesPlease note if you have not heard from us in 2 weeks from application, please consider yourself unsuccessful - please do continue to follow us online and apply for suitable roles.
