Are you ready to take your payroll expertise to the next level? We're on the lookout for a passionate Payroll Specialist to join our clients vibrant accounts team, within the Legal industry In this exciting role, you'll report to the Payroll Manager and play a crucial part in ensuring the payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional interpersonal skills will shine as you collaborate with colleagues and manage payroll operations with finesse. Responsibilities: Manage monthly processing of payroll input Relationship management and quality control of the payroll software service provider Prepare detailed monthly reconciliation of the payroll reports to the income statements and balance sheet accounts for all entities Be the liaison with human resources and resolution of queries pertaining to the payroll Manager the co-ordination, analysis and capturing of benefits Assist external auditors as and when required in this area Assist with the administration of annual salary increases Other ad hoc wider tasks as and when required Requirements: Post-matric qualification, with payroll and HR administration training A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience Experience of working with a large payroll of 1000 employees Please note if you have not heard from us in 2 weeks from application, please consider yourself unsuccessful - please do continue to follow us online and apply for suitable roles.
