400 employees, 3 companies in South Africa and oversee 3rd party processing payroll in Tanzania and Kenya).The RoleIn this exciting and varied role, you will:Administering, processing, capturing, and checking monthly payrollsIntegrate with the finance team where required for monthly and ad-hoc reporting purposesLiaison with management and staff regarding pay queriesPayment and reconciliation of overtime, travel, and other allowancesAssistance with SARS eFiling, UIF, EMP201 & EMP501 returnsMaintaining the structure and integrity of the payroll systemEnsure maintenance of staff records including archiving and filingOversee and check 3rd party payroll in Tanzania and KenyaThe PersonTo succeed in this role you will: Matric (essential)A payroll diploma / degree or certified qualification (preferred)A national diploma in Human Resources Management or in Accounting / Finance or related field, would be advantageous.
