Payroll SpecialistOur client, specialising in Financial Planning, is currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist based in Bedfordview, Gauteng. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.Duties & ResponsibilitiesGenerate EMP201 returns and notify clients of PAYE obligations before the 7th of the following month.Complete and submit Annual and Bi-annual EMP501 reconciliations.Issue IRP5 certificates, as necessary.Prepare and file annual Workers' Compensation Fund (WCA) returns.Ensure compliance with South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations for all clients.Address and resolve any SARS compliance issues affecting the client portfolio.Facilitate the registration of new payroll clients for PAYE, UIF, and WCA contributions.Timely request payroll details and relevant documentation for monthly payroll processing.Compile and distribute payroll, including pay slips and pertinent reports to a client base of 120 monthly.Minimum Requirements:MatricRelevant Tertiary qualification.Valid Driver's License and own Vehicle.Essential: Extensive knowledge of Pastel and Microsoft Office.Essential: Tax principles and legislative knowledge.Closing Date:Submissions for this vacancy will close on 18 April 2024, however, you will still have the opportunity to submit your CV for this position until 10 May 2024.Please Note:Thank you for submitting your CV to Marvel Placement Consultants.
