The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the administration of the company's payroll systems whilst maintaining strict confidentiality standards. Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of payroll and related client service, including statutory compliance, recordkeeping and reporting.

Grow with our development plans and culture that allows you to further your career. You Bring: 5 years in a payroll related position. 3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role. Payroll and payroll tax related training. What You'll Do For The Brand: Providing excellent customer service to the Payroll Leads, managers, and team members who have payroll-related questions. Providing support and query resolution for the team, ensuring all queries are attended within 24 hours. Ensure statutory compliance for South African and African payrolls. Oversee the Payroll Team Leads and ensure payroll input, processing, and payments are timely and compliant. Responsible for overseeing, monitoring, training, performance coaching, and discipline. Ensure all required reconciliations and reports are prepared timely and accurately. Work closely with the Human Resources department and Finance to resolve problems and maintain accurate records. Stay current with Payroll software systems updates and communicate these to the department. Encourage practice of the company's values. Perform other and related duties as required.
