Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Ledger Reconciliation:Conduct detailed reconciliations of payroll-related accounts in the general ledger.Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between payroll records and general ledger entries.Ensure that all payroll-related transactions are accurately posted and reflected in the financial statements.Syspro Integration:Utilize Syspro software to manage and reconcile payroll-related financial data within the general ledger.Ensure seamless integration between payroll data (from VIP Sage) and the general ledger within Syspro.Compliance And Reporting:Ensure that all reconciliations comply with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.Assist in the preparation of reports related to payroll accounts for management and auditing purposes.Data Integrity:Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all payroll-related financial data in the general ledger.Regularly review and verify that payroll data is correctly aligned with general ledger entries.
