Payroll Receptionist- Temp Position (2-3months) Company: A Payroll Outsourcing Company Location: Remote (Must reside in South Africa) MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY- hours 4pm-1am Job Description: Our client, a leading payroll outsourcing company, is searching for a highly motivated Payroll Customer Specialist to join our team remotely.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possess a strong aptitude for numbers, and work diligently with meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities: Accurately and timely processing of payroll for clients Professionally and promptly respond to client inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Maintain precise and up-to-date payroll records for clients Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address payroll discrepancies Stay informed about industry changes and updates to payroll laws and regulations Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new payroll software Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Willingness to work full-time during US hours Own laptop with a minimum of 50 Mbps RAM Experience in customer service/reception for 3+ years (Required) Experience with a 20-30 line switchboard Must be available immediately Working Hours: This is a remote working opportunity with hours spanning Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM SA time.
