As of 2019, Hisense's refrigerators had a sales volume share of 29% and ranked first in the South African market, with sales revenue also at 26% and ranking first. Hisense's televisions had a sales volume share of 26% and ranked first in the South African market, with sales revenue at 24% and ranking second.
Job Title: Payroll Officer
Job Description:

Data capturing of +-100 employees working hours daily.
Assisting with payroll related queries.
Preparing salary releases, resolving salary rejects and preparing full and finals.
Assist employees with UIF and Tax documents.
Ensure compliance with SARS.
Assisting companies with confirmation of employment.
Offer payroll-related subject matter expertise to management and employees to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Payroll reporting and filing.
Respond to employee inquiries to provide information regarding payroll deductions and related issues.
Maintain employee privacy and protect payroll operations by keeping all information confidential.
Complete payroll accurately and timely to meet employee expectations.
Calculate wages, deductions, and bonuses in accordance with company policies.
Accurately reconcile financial data, prepare tax submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage financial journals to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial records.
Employment Equity, skills, and development.

Requirements

3 – 5 years payroll experience with knowledge of the operation on: Sage; Payspace; Pastel.
Bachelor's Degree in a related qualification.
Must be able to create reports on Sage 300 People, especially Financial Analysis.
Sage 300 People experience on all the different modules.
Professionalism, accuracy and pays high attention to detail.
Needs to be very efficient in Excel; advanced Excel skills are required.
