Propel your career forward by broadening your scope of responsibilities and embracing opportunities for continuous professional growth and progression.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the following:Populate monthly salary amendment spreadsheet for all changes (Onshore and Offshore), including new and terminated employees, vehicle fringe benefits, subsistence allowances, staff deductions, and ad hoc adjustments.Reconcile third-party payment statements to deduction reports processed on VIP and compile third-party payment schedules.Maintain Provident Fund history report monthly and print and maintain VIP payroll reporting monthly.Assist with payroll reconciling queries and complete forms.Add employee information on VIP and process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls.Import PRP hours, allowances, shifts, and capture additional earnings and deductions.Ensure timely capturing and releasing of hourly employee payroll and related third-party payments on electronic banking platform.Print weekly and month-to-date reports for all payrolls, including tax year-end and audit reports and distribute relevant payroll reports to branches.Attend to and resolve payroll queries promptly and perform third-party monthly reconciliations.Assist with EMP201 and EMP501 submissions, equity reporting, skills reporting, SEST reporting, STATS reporting, HR-related queries, compliance, record-keeping, reporting, communication, problem resolution, technology, systems updates, team collaboration, and documentation maintenance.Job Experience and Skills RequiredCompleted BCom in Accounting and related field.Preferably IT experience.5+ years' experience in a Finance role.Package & Remuneration200,000.00 - 250,000.00
