Payroll Manager

Our client based in Kraaifontein is looking for a skilled Payroll Manager.
This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a large employee base, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, and providing comprehensive HR support.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Finance, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in HR administration support and payroll processing, with a strong understanding of payroll operations.
Advanced proficiency in Sage 300 People, including all modules and reporting functions, particularly Financial Analysis.
Excellent knowledge of South African labor legislation and payroll regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills are essential.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
