This role is responsible for the overall administration of the company's payroll system. This includes ensuring that all payroll transactions are accurate and timely, as well as maintaining employee records and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. The Payroll Manager will also work closely with other departments, such as Human Resources and Finance, to ensure that payroll is integrated with other HR systems and that payroll data is used to support business decision-making.Responsibilities:Administer the company's payroll system, including processing payroll transactions, maintaining employee records, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.Work with Human Resources to ensure that payroll is integrated with other HR systems and that payroll data is used to support business decision-making.Provide regular reports to management on payroll costs and trends.Respond to employee inquiries about payroll matters.Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll laws and regulations.Train and supervise payroll staff.Key Skills:Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.5+ years of experience in payroll administration.Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
