Payroll Manager

Job DescriptionThe Payroll Manager will be responsible for the payroll function of the entire group. The successful incumbent will need to ensure that all payroll and related payments are made timeously and accurately by managing and providing direction to the Payroll and Administration Resources within the group. Oversee the SA legislative component and Payroll aspects of all audits to ensure that the Group is always within the requirements of the law.RequirementsBCom Degree or similar financial related qualification10 years working experience in a Payroll environment (Essential)2 - 5 years in a Payroll management position (Essential)VIP / SAGE 300 People experience (Essential - must have in depth understanding of the system and reporting)SARS e-filing and tax experience (Advantageous)Large corporate experience (Advantageous)
