Payroll Compliance Administrator

Are you passionate about people and service excellence. We are looking for a Payroll Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance Team. This position is based at our Head Office in Cape Town, reporting to the Payroll Compliance Supervisor. · To be 2IC to the Payroll Compliance Supervisor · To mentor/coach Payroll Compliance Clerks in day-to-day tasks · To check and validate all payroll submissions across the business units efficiently, on time, accurately and in accordance with company policies and legislation. · To execute tasks accurately, on time and in accordance with payroll procedures, company policies and legislation. · To check and report on application of relevant legislative requirements and deadlines dates · To record all HR and Payroll administration accurately to enable compliance reporting · Diploma in HR/Payroll/Business Administration/Accounting · 1-3 years' experience within an Administration/Payroll environment Skills, Abilities and Job-Related Knowledge: · Company Policies and Procedures · Relevant Legislation (BCEA,UIF,PAYE) · Relevant Legislation (LRA, TAX, SKILLS Development) · Medical Aid and fund rules · SAP Payroll System · Written and verbal communication · To follow rules and procedures · Applying expertise and technology · Planning, leading and organising · Delivering results and meeting customer expectations · Follow instructions and procedures · Cope with pressure and setbacks · Be versatile and approachable · Achieve personal work goals and objectives · Attention to detail and accuracy  Do you require help with the registration process?
