MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Matric Payroll Certificate/finance/ related field Strong knowledge or payroll laws and regulations Packhouse experience will be advantageous Sage ERS Biometrics COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem solving, analytical and numerical abilities are crucial Excellent knowledge and computer skills (MS Office) Effective handling of detailed information and consistent attention to detail Must be a team player Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Must be able to work well under pressure KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employees information Calculate and process employee deductions, including taxes, benefits, and other with holdings Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits and other payroll-related documents Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting Administration ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted.
