Payroll Clerk

Amka, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for a Payroll Clerk.
The main purpose of the job:

To assist in the payment of staff salaries.

MUST HAVE:

7–8 years of payroll experience
SAP (payroll) experience
Medium to Large corporate experience

Key deliverables of the job or typical major tasks and responsibilities:

Weekly payment to employees and payment relating to wage deductions.
Receive and capture hours worked.
Check the payroll and adjust if necessary.
Upload bank file.
Make payslips available to supervisors.
Attend to all queries before the next payroll.
Processing and payment of Labour Companies invoices.
Attend to general inquiries.
Processing and payment of loans.
