Duties and Responsibilities:Perform recruitment functionsCoordinate and complete appointments of employeesConduct Induction and On-boardingCheck attendance reporting and shiftsReport on overtime and leave administrationHandle Payroll Administration tasksTrack and control key task administrationSubmit payroll informationAdminister documentation for injuries on dutyCapture training informationAdminister employee exit processManage Payroll & Employee record FilingRequirements:Diploma in HR Management / or studying towardsProficiency in Word and ExcelTraining and experience in Visio, ERS Biometrics, and Afiswitch advantageousSound knowledge of labour lawsGood coordination and communication skillsRecruitment skills
