Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Payroll and HR Manager to lead our HR and payroll functions. This role is essential in ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with employment laws, and the implementation of HR policies. Key Responsibilities: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee payments. Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and company policies. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Maintain employee records and manage HR reporting. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HR and payroll management. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HR software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competencies: High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
