PCS is a division within PWC that provides Accounting and Tax Services to our medium sized clients.We are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Accounting Supervisor to join the team. We are specifically looking for a candidate with a combination of Accounting and Outsourced Payroll experience coupled with a track record in managing a team.Qualification level : Minimum requirementsBCom degreeVIP Payroll Certification/Payroll CertificateExperience required :Accounting experience – Multiple types of clients - Individuals, Companies and TrustsProficient in VIP Payroll System4-6 years experience with outsourcing payroll servicesKnowledgeable in taxation aspects pertaining to payrollManaging a teamSkills required :Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressureAble to work as part of a team as well as independentlyGood organisational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesAttention to detail / AccuracyJob description : To assist with accounting and the management of the payroll portfolio of outsourced clients and managing a team.
