This firm is seeking to permanently employ Payroll Administrator to their team.They operate within a large variety of industries, ranging from, accounting, tax administration and planning, business and transactional consulting, secretarial services, wills, estate planning and administration.Required Skills:Weekly and Monthly payroll for a portfolio of clientsPreparing monthly EMP201EMP501 report submissionStatutory reporting- SARS ETI UIF SDL, Workman's compensation reportingEnsuring all staff files are up to date and kept confidential at all timesEnsuring compliance with Labour legislation – minimum wage etc.Ensuring compliance with EEIssuing of payslipsAll payroll reconciliations to be completed out of payroll systemMonthly reconciliations of the leave balancesMonthly journal prepared for the leave pay provisionRequirementsSimple Pay knowledgeAdvanced computer literacyAdvanced MS Excel skills2 -3 years experience in PayrollStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.Salary: R15k – R20k p/month, dependant on skills and experience
