Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)
Working Hours: UK hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: R25,000/month
About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Administrator with at least 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services for a growing UK-based company.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with an international team.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately process payroll for temporary labor employees in compliance with established procedures.Verify payroll data and identify any discrepancies before finalization.Assist the UK-based payroll team with queries and ensure smooth client communication.Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll records, including employee hours, earnings, deductions, and benefits.Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of payroll processes.Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.Equipment: A reliable computer, stable internet connection, and backup systems to manage power outages or connectivity issues.
