Western Cape Payroll & Business Solutions, a salary bureau based in Paarl, is looking to appoint a self-motivated, proactive individual with a meticulous approach to work to take responsibility for client payroll administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):Processing of salaries and wages on the VIP Premier payroll systemImport of data into the VIP payroll systemExport of payroll data in excel formatPayment of net salaries and 3rd partiesReconciliation of payrolls and 3rd party paymentsSubmission of UIF returnsSubmission of EMP201 returnsSubmission of EMP501 returnsSubmission of Compensation Commissioner returnsBalancing of EMPSA accountsPerform general payroll functionsAll other duties related to the role.Essential qualifications, skills and experience:Relevant financial tertiary qualification;Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role required; experience within an accounting firm/salary bureau will be an advantage;Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);Strong computer skills (MS Office and Pastel);Proficiency with the VIP Premier payroll system is essential;Own reliable transport.Please apply online at www.m3online.co.za before 09:00 on 11 January 2023.
