Payroll Administrator

A leading provider of innovative lighting solutions for commercial and industrial applications is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. This position plays a vital role in maintaining financial integrity and employee satisfaction.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, including salary, wages, taxes, and deductionsEnsure compliance with all tax regulationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll recordsPrepare and distribute payslips or payment reportsAddress employee inquiries regarding payroll issuesReconcile bank statements and payroll reportsGenerate payroll reports for managementStay up to date on changes to payroll laws and regulationsPerform other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administrationProven experience with payroll software (e.g., Pastel Payroll, Payspace)Strong understanding of payroll tax regulationsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to R15000,00 per month
