Payroll Administrator Area: Roodepoort, GautengPackage: Basic salary R32500, plus Medical Aid, Provident Fund, 13th chequePurpose of the position: You will be responsible for a number of business units including all associated activities to deliver a value-adding, cost-effective and customer-focused payroll service to the business and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Duties:Monthly group payroll administration – 400 employeesProcessing of weekly and bi-weekly wages for 200 employeesGenerating monthly reportsMaintaining of People System, setup of GLs and mappingInvestigating discrepancies in payrollProvident Fund administration and reconciliationBargaining Council Administration -NBCFRLI; BCMT and BCRCATDepartment of Labour mid-year and year-end auditsAnnual submission of Return of Earnings to workman's Compensation, registration of new companies, de-registration of old companiesSubmission of IODs to Workmans Compensation and RMAs and the administration related to the claim Skills, Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 5 years relevant experienceMatricAccurateAble to work independentlySage 300 PeopleMS Office suiteExperience with Bargaining CouncilsCredit and criminal clearFluent in English and Afrikaans  .
