Payroll Administrator

Payroll Administrator Blackheath We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join a team in Blackheath.
What  you will bring: Matric Certification in VIP Payroll obtained via VIP Proficiency in report writing / ODBC A minimum of 2 years experience in payroll, salary & wages, or finance 2 years experience with VIP Payroll Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Time & Attendance (T&A) systems.
Strong knowledge of the Labour Relations Act and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
Solid computer literacy across relevant platforms.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Process & reconcile payroll including new employees, terminations, leave , and adjustments .
Ensuring accurate deductions , adjustments , and pay period reconciliations .
Importing and reconciling hours for payroll processing.
Performing mid-year and tax year-end reconciliations .
Generating management information reports and completing month-end reporting .
