MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Administrator to join our team, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing using Pastel Payroll and ESS. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll administration within a high-volume environment and possess strong attention to detail and communication skills.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll data for monthly runs using Pastel Payroll and ESS.Prepare and upload payroll data, adhering to company policies and compliance standards.Manage payroll queries via shared email, responding efficiently to employee inquiries.Maintain confidential payroll records in coordination with HR.Generate and provide payroll reports for management.Support HR with additional tasks related to BEE and Occupational Health & Safety.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSIdeal candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications: Grade 12Payroll or Accounting Certificate/DiplomaMinimum 1 year of payroll administration experience, ideally within a BPO environment.Proficiency with Pastel Payroll and ESS.Understanding of local tax regulations, benefits, and deductions.Familiarity with labor laws and company policies related to payroll, such as overtime calculations, bonuses, leave management, and retirement funds.Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.Volume payroll administration experience is essential.CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENTAll MCI Locations Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.Must be willing to submit to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
