In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process for a range of clients, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities: Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
Calculate and manage payroll deductions, taxes, and benefits.
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and perform year-end reporting.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll practices and relevant legislation.
Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies.
