We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Payroll administrator to join our Company.As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the payroll processes for a range of Companies.
You will play a crucial role in making sure that payroll is timely and accurately processed.Main Responsibilities (But not limited to)Processing & administering of all Company Stores payroll allocated to you accurately and on timeMaintain employee payroll recordsNew and termination processingCalculate and manage any payroll deduction, Taxes and benefitsMaintain all payroll informationDistributing of payroll reports, payslips and summariesPerform other payroll and administrative tasks as requiredMaintain Emails and phone callsResolve any payroll discrepancies promptlySubmit Monthly EMP201's and UIF DeclarationsSkillsStrong working knowledge of PayrollStrong organizing and administrative skillsAttention to detail.Proficient Numerical and Data Entry SkillsAble to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications and ExperienceMatric3 + Years Payroll Administration experience2-3 years SAGE 300 People payroll (Essential)Intermediate – advance Excel experience
