Payroll Administrator - East Rand, GautengReference: CAW005195-CH-2Duties & ResponsibilitiesOur client in the Automotive Industry is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their thriving dealership team.Key Responsibilities:End to end Payroll processing on SAGE VIP Premier.Payroll recons, pension, MIBCO, medical aids.RMA submissions and calculations.UIF declaration submissions.EMP 201 submissions – knowledge of e-filing and easy file.UI19 and salary schedule preparations.Roll over, updates, and backup of the VIP system.Report writing on VIP will be advantageous.Knowledge of setting up and maintaining MOC's on VIP premier.Knowledge of the ESS system.Excellent skills in Excel, including Vlookup.Attention to detail is crucial, as we have very strict checking processes.Filing is also an important part of this role.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of proven payroll end-to-end experience, specifically within the motor industry.Demonstrated experience with the online MIBCO system, including processing and reconciling MIBCO benefits on the payroll.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Deadline-driven with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
