Main tasks:Input of hours and data on a weekly basis for plantPrint and issue pay slipsWeekly and/or Monthly GL and Reports to FinanceSARS reconciliations twice a yearPrint and issue IRP5's once a yearAdminister new appointments and resignationsResponsible for the administration of employee benefitsSend application forms to medical aid and Pension fund for new appointmentsSend withdrawal forms on resignationInput new employees on the time management system.Import hours into People 300 Sage on a weekly basis.Monthly overview of hours worked to management.Monthly absenteeism report to managementMaintain employee files and ensure that all legal required documents are available.Attend to payroll related queries.Provident fund recons (MIBCO)Profile:Matric with at least 3-5 years relevant experience in Payroll of a production/assembly plant; preferably automotive sectorPayroll Certificate preferable sage 300Practical experience in running the full payroll of +/-500 employees.Good command of EnglishSelf-starter with a strong leaning towards accuracy and detailSound Computer Skills – MS OfficeExcellent communication skills – verbal and written
