Dealership Payroll Assistant / Administrator - N1 City - Cape TownReference: CAW005364-KdW-1Duties & ResponsibilitiesOur client in the Automotive Industry is hiring a full-time Payroll Assistant / Administrator who will be based at their Offices near N1 City, Cape Town.The successful individual will assist the payroll department in all aspects of weekly payroll and monthly commissions for multiple dealerships.
The Payroll assistant should be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, communicate professionally, and meet deadlines.
Previous automotive dealership experience will be a plus.Responsibilities (but not limited to):Payroll administration and data entry (Sage 300 People)Maintain confidential payroll records and employee filesAssist processing of new employees, changes, transfers, and terminationsPrepare reports as requiredFilingAny additional duties as requiredPlease note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
