Payroll Administrator - Centurion

Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Payroll Management or Diploma in Full Function Payroll / Accounting - ICBResponsibilities:Prepare and manage payroll processes for 11,260 employees.Full-function payroll administration.Review and calculate timesheet data and hours worked.Calculate salaries and wages.Create and run salary sheets and reports.Manage, maintain, and update payroll-related data.Update salary sheets and schedules.Utilize Sage 300 payroll system.Manage People Resources.Conduct full SARS / UIF reporting, including monthly and annual returns.Submit EMP201 and EMP501.Reconcile and process all third-party payments.Administer, reconcile, and pay all Union and Bargaining Council fees.Maintain Employment Equity record keeping.Submit payroll reports to finance.Review reports from payroll clerks.Experience: Between 3 - 5 years.
