The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various financial operations, with a specific emphasis on managing payroll functions. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and preference will be given to candidates experienced with Sage VIP.Key Responsibilities:Manage and process the company's payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.Assist the Finance team with performing bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.Collaborate with other members of the Finance and HR team to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.Utilize Excel to analyse and calculate payroll related bonuses.Support the Finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities related to payroll.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience as an Accountant or Payroll Administrator.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.Experience with Sage VIP is highly preferred.Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll procedures.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
