Payprop Administrator (Property Management Software)

Aminimumrequirement for this position is advanced working knowledge ofPayPropand intermediate Excel skills. The successful candidate will need to have worked with residential rentals before, with a solid understanding of the industry.

You will need to keep track of all incoming bills, load payments, ensure timeous rental payments, release payments and income, keep track of leases, familiarise yourself with the various body corporate rules, deal with tenants when needed.

The holiday letting units are managed using Nightsbridge, which can be taught in time.
