Pastry Chef - Monte Vista
Minimum 2 years experience.
A culinary degree or certification in Pastry arts.
Proven experience as a Pastry chef in restaurant, hotel or bakery.
Strong knowledge in pastry techniques - dough lamination, chocolate tempering and sugar craft.
Expertise in baking,
cake decoration and dessert presentation.
Creative and innovative mindset with
ability to create new recipes.
Trustworthy and reliable.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Must serve quality items and follow food safety standards.
Multitasking in a high pressure environment.
Work as a team.
Working within company item budget.
Excellent time management.
Manage inventory.
