Pastry Chef

The Pastry Chef will assist in the efficient preparation of menu items, portion sizes, product quality, presentation and service of all foods in the pastry kitchen. You will ensure that the Head Pastry Chef's directions and task allocation are consistently followed through to the highest professional standards. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains all legislative standards of safety, security, hygiene and administration.
